As the sun begins to rise over the islands of Fiji, the Villa doors are opening once again. This year's Islanders are no strangers to love or heartbreak but what happens when they allow their walls to come down and escape from the real world. We are leaving behind the casual dating realm of coffee chats and dating apps and entering a world of dramatic fire pit recoupling surprise bombshell arrivals and late night chats in soul ties. For weeks Islanders have explored connections and created unforgettable memories but now everything changes. Welcome to Casa Amor. A place where loyalties are questioned, heads are turned and even the strongest couples may begin to crack. New Islanders, hidden agendas, and irresistible temptations threatened to turn the Villa upside down. Secrets will be exposed, alliances will shift and every text message. . . well lets just say you wont know whats coming next. Perhaps an old flame enters the Villa unexpectedly or maybe we'll stir the pot with a game of truth or dare or a headline challenge with an unexpected dumping. Will you stay loyal to the person waiting for you in the Villa? Or will you risk it all for a connection that could be even stronger? Will you secure your place in the finale, become this season's ultimate villain, or find yourself standing alone at the fire pit? Only time will tell. . . because in Casa Amor nobody is ever as closed off as they claim to be.

ChairHi, I'm Amina! I'm a second-year at UC Berkeley, double-majoring in Political Science and Sociology, and I'm from Roseville, CA, just outside Sacramento. Outside of MUN, you can usually find me rewatching a sitcom for the tenth time, working through my ever-growing movie list (I'm pretty sure I've seen everything at this point), or reading a mystery novel and trying to guess the ending before I get there. I'm also a proud Love Island fan; I like to claim I watch it for the psychological analysis, but really I just love the people and the drama. I couldn't be more excited to be repping the Casa Amor side of this committee; the betrayal, new bombshells, and reshuffled couples are so fun, and I'm ready for the chaos.

Hi my name is Fiona and I’m a fourth year student studying Political Science, Global Studies, and Korean. I’m from Yorba Linda in Orange County, and I’m a rare SoCal native who thinks the bay area is the better half of California. I love traveling and side questing in San Francisco (or any city). I’m also a matcha and cafe enthusiast. I started MUN because I was interested in foreign policy, but stayed for the people and the thrill of debate. Even though I’m the CCD of the Love Island committee, my fun fact is that I’ve never watched Love Island before this committee. Still, I love the drama of a good crisis committee, so bring forth your best ideas and I’m so excited to see all of the creativity each of you will bring to Love Island.

Crisis DirectorHey future islanders! My name is Kelsey Hernandez and I am so excited to be your Crisis Director for the Casa Amor side of the Love Island JCC! I am a second-year student at Cal studying Political Science and Film & Media with a minor in History. Im socal native from Whittier (LA adjacentish) and love a good beach day. I started doing MUN in high school but some of my favorite memories have come from meeting the wonderful people on the collegiate circuit. In my free time you can find me picking out a new book from my extensively long TBR list, Cafe hopping around the bay, or rewatching some of my favorite TV shows (special shoutout to any Vanderpump Rules, One Tree Hill, or Heated Rivalry fans). I love all things drama which is why I can't wait to see what you devilishly gorgeous islanders will get up to during your time in Casa Amor. Now it's time to face the chaos, embrace temptation, and remember. . .what happens in Casa Amor stays in Casa Amor (or does it, I guess time will tell).
